This entry level position requires a minimum of a High School Degree or equivalent. Must have at least one year of clerical experience, knowledge of internet platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, etc. HR Generalist will assist with pre-screenings and distribution resumes to hiring managers, as well as doing candidate searches through Indeed. Some additional responsibilities will include preparation for audits, tracking, requesting, and data entry for various tasks such as annual evaluations. Physical filing will also be done when needed. Ideal candidate must be organized, possess strong interpersonal skills and positive attitude, have strong ability to multitask, prioritize well, and work with sense of urgency. Must possess excellent verbal, written, and computer skills. Must adapt well to changes, and perform other duties as needed. This position reports to the Human Resource Supervisor and Director of Human Resources. As a member of the Human Resource Department, this staff member will develop and maintain professional relationship with various levels of staff and supervisors.
