HHOPE Team Office Manager

The position of administrative support member is responsible for the coordination of non-clinical operations and tasks. This includes organizing, scheduling, data, billing, correspondence, purchasing and resources to ensure and facilitate the proper functioning and organizational effectiveness and efficiency of Housing Services. Supervises front desk and medical record departments and ensures that it operates in compliance with Henderson’s policies and procedures and recognized standards. Furthermore, this staff runs and maintains various reports, orders supplies; and operating and coordinating the management information system. Services are provided in accordance with accepted standards of professional practice and policies and procedures of HBH while assuring that the center operates within the guidelines established by CARF, and Department of Children and Families/BBHC in a manner that is consistent with HBH mission, vision, and values. Education: High School diploma required. Experience: Supervisory experience preferred. Bookkeeping background required. Knowledge: Competent in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel Skills: Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
