This professional position serves as a clinical member of the participant’s care team. Outpatient Therapy provides intensive clinical therapeutic services to adult individuals with identified mental health or substance abuse diagnosis. This service is designed to meet the specific behavioral health needs of the identified participant as they relate to their diagnosis and can be provided in-office or at other appropriate community settings. Outpatient participant therapy includes psychoeducational activities and interventions designed to assist the participant of the reduction of dysfunction. Services are provided with a Recovery Oriented System of Care approach and are delivered through intensive, time-limited, goal specific interventions. Preference of (1) one year of post-graduate practice, heavily concentrated in the mental health field, work experience with adults with mental illnesses or with individuals with similar human-services needs desired. Additionally, experience in the mental health and or substance abuse arena is preferred. Valid Florida driver’s license and auto insurance of $50,000/100,000/50,000 are required.
