Helping Individuals Live Longer (HILL) Office Manager

This position provides administrative/fiscal support to the clinical program. Conducts registration of persons served including interviews, insurance/financial assessment and linking to entitlement services. Appointment scheduling, general assistance and data entry. Promotes a courteous and pleasant front office atmosphere with staff, clients, and all contacts. Candidate is required to have a high school diploma, some college is preferred. One (1) year experience in a healthcare/medical business office setting is also required. Knowledge of insurance verifications, appointment scheduling, up front collections, and data entry. Typing skills accurately averaging 35 words per minute. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and strong computer skills and experience with general computer applications. Valid Florida drivers license (with clean record). Auto insurance coverage of $50,000/$100,000/$50,000 liability are required.
