Provide direct supervision to care coordinators and program therapist. Assist in establishing performance standards and monitor compliance of staff and contract requirements. Communicate and provide consultation/training to other levels of management, units, agencies and staff. Provide crisis intervention. Responsible for monitoring documentation according to agency standards. Candidate must have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree and three years experience working with youth and their families. Supervisory experience is preferred. Knowledge of the health start coalition trainings, cultural sensitivity, crisis management, and budget analysis and maintenance. Candidate should also have excellent communication skills both verbal and written, strong organization and time management skills, and have the ability to provide direct supervision of care coordinators and program therapist.
