Family Intensive Treatment Team (FITT) Peer Advocate

The Peer Mentor is part of the Family Intensive Treatment (FIT) team model that is designed to provide intensive team-based, family-focused, comprehensive services to families in the child welfare system with parental substance abuse. This position reports to the Program Manager. This position has frequent contact with outside agencies (BSO, Childnet, etc.) Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent. Must have experience in recovery or be a certified peer specialist. A valid Florida driver’s license and auto liability insurance are required.
