At a minimum, the FITT Team Lead position requires that the candidate possess a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work or a related field and be working toward licensure in the State of Florida in the mental health field. For the FITT Team Supervisor position, the candidate must be licensed as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT. Candidate should have a supervisory experience and a minimum of 2 years working with individuals with substance abuse and child welfare involvement. The right candidate will have extensive knowledge of child welfare and Florida Safety Decision Making Methodology, as well as available community resources. Strong organization and time management skills. A valid Florida driver’s license and auto insurance coverage required.
