The Family Engagement Program (FEP) Supervisor is responsible for daily leadership and coordinating the provision of services and supports Broward county families identified by BSO, CPI Unit, who present with substance abuse/mental health problems, putting their children at risk of harm. Candidate is required to minimally be a Certified Peer Specialist with (5) years experience working with children and families. If candidate has a bachelors, (3) three years experience is required. Candidates with masters degree, require a minimum of (2) two years experience with children and their families. Supervisory experience and a Certified Additions Professional Certification, preferred. Candidate should demonstrate good writing and organizational skills, strong knowledge of community resources, good interpersonal skills, be culturally sensitive. Wraparound and motivational interview experience desired. Candidate is also required to possess a valid Florida driver’s license and be able to provide proof of appropriate automobile insurance coverage in the amount of at least 50,000/100,000/50,000.
