Director of Student Counseling Services & Early Treatment Program

Henderson Behavioral Health is seeking a licensed master’s level clinician with at least five years of strong clinical and leadership experience to serve as the Director of Student Counseling and Early Treatment Services. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Director of Student Counseling and Early Treatment Services provides clinical, administrative, and operations oversight for a critical division that supports students and young adults with their mental health and wellbeing. This position is primarily located on a university campus. Experience working with university students and young adults is preferred. The Director provides clinical and administrative supervision to division staff, operations, and fiscal oversight, delivers direct care to students, serves as a key resource to university partners, engages in outreach and education, and responds to crisis as needed. In addition, the Director is responsible for effective and efficient services, rapid access to care, contract, policy, accreditation and regulatory compliance, staff meeting performance standards and the overall success of the program.
