This support member is responsible for non-clinical tasks of the Centralized Receiving Center; providing receptionist activities including triaging calls, coordinating communication, assisting clients, their families and outside agencies to get answers to questions; as well as maintaining and coordinating the management information system. Additionally, the Navigator assists not only individuals who are entering the system, but law enforcement, acute care facilities, and other stakeholders in identifying specific programs/organizations that will provide resources to the individual, as well as coordinating transportation to and from community providers. This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and experience working with the adult population (with mental illness and/or substance use as well as the forensic population).
