This support member is responsible for varying non-clinical tasks; providing receptionist activities including triaging calls, coordinating communication between the center clinicians and clients, and assisting clients, their families, and agencies to get answers to questions. Health Information Specialist collect organize and manage health information data, enter it for reference and categorizing information for insurance reimbursement to maintain patients’ medical and treatment histories; and ensure the security of electronic health records forms. This is an entry level position with opportunities for growth.
