The Clinical Coordinator must be licensed as LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT and have a masters degree in counseling, social work, or marriage & family therapy. Preference will be given to applicants who are qualified supervisors for licensure. Applicants must have at least five years working with children, adolescents, and their families and experience supervising clinicians and at least 2 years of management supervisory experience. This position is responsible for the daily operations and clinical leadership of the Youth & Family programs in Palm Beach County to provide oversight, leadership, and support to the program supervisors. The Clinical Coordinator supervises several teams of professionals providing prevention services, wraparound case management, and individual family group therapy to children, adolescents, and their families in a office and/or community setting including clinical supervision, administrative oversight, fiscal responsibility, and training of clinical issues. A valid Florida driver’s license and auto liability insurance are required.
