This position requires a minimum of a Master’s Degree in education, social policy, psychology or evaluation in related fields. Candidate should have a minimum of (5) years experience with applied program evaluation design, applied statistical analysis and management of evaluation projects. Previous experience with a federally-funded program preferred (SAMHSA, CDC, NIH). Candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills including independent writing skills. High level of accuracy and attention to detail, ability to efficiently manager multiple tasks with accuracy and respond to changing priorities. Ability to adapt communication appropriately for purpose and audience. Candidate should have the ability to work as part of a team, lead when appropriate and accept feedback. Excellent computer skills, especially with working with an Electronic Health Record.
