This position is responsible for incoming calls to the organization to schedule client appointments, create schedules for aftercare appointments and to schedule hospital discharges. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent. The ideal candidate must have customer service experience. Candidate should have a high level of verbal communications and interpersonal skills. Basic office experience including answering phones, sending emails and administrative support of office staff. Computer experience including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint. Experience with Emdeon, EDS or other benefits verification systems is a plus. In addition to the above the candidate must be able to work a flexible schedule with shift times between 8 am and 7pm, Monday – Friday. (Hours are subject to change). Spanish and Creole preferred.
