This position requires the candidate possess a Minimum of a master’s degree in a human services related field, licensed in the state of Florida as a LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT strongly preferred. Candidate should have experience in a clinical environment setting. Serves as part of the multidisciplinary team. Candidate will provide crisis assessments, screening/referrals, and engage individuals who are experiencing acute or chronic behavioral health disorders. Develops initial plan in consult with treatment team to stabilize individuals and make recommendations for placement/services. Continually assess clients’ progress and monitors until services are established. Provides services consistent with and as defined in Chapter 394, Florida’s Mental health ACT (aka The Baker ACT). This position frequently interacts with other multiple multi-layered systems and protocols. They work collaboratively with other professionals throughout the organization and aid in data collection and reporting. This is a 100% direct service position.
