This position requires a Master’s degree in the Behavioral Health Science field with a minimum of 5 years’ experience. Licensed in the state of Florida (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT). Ideal candidate is qualified to conduct clinical supervision or be eligible to do so within the first year. Minimum two (2) years related work experience with adults with severe and persistent mental illnesses and/or co-occurring disorders in a rehabilitation setting. Supervisory experience strongly desired. This is a professional who supervises and coordinates multidisciplinary staff in the provision of behavioral health services to clients. This staff member directs and manages an effective clinical service using applicable principles of Social Work and/or Counseling which include – crisis intervention, family intervention, patient/family education and treatment planning. Provides services consistent with and as defined in Chapter 394, Florida’s Mental health ACT (aka The Baker ACT). Frequently interacts with other multiple multi-layered systems and protocols. This is a 20% direct service position that requires the availability to be accessible to staff outside of regular business hours and could require availability to work irregular hours, including holidays, evenings and weekends.
