Centralized Receiving System (CRS) Benefits Acquisition Specialist Team Leader

This position requires that the candidate possess a Minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree, preferred (other commensurate experience or training may be substituted). Preferably a minimum of one (1) year experience heavily concentrated in the mental health field. Work experience with adults with severe and persistent mental illnesses or with individuals with similar human-services needs as an agency case manager desired. Additionally, experience in the mental health and/or substance abuse arena is preferred. Previous experience in discharge planning, utilization review, case management, or similar role desirable. Knowledge of the SOAR process extremely desirable and strongly preferred.
