This position requires a High School diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred. Certified peer specialist desired; or applicant must obtain certification by the end of the first year of employment. Candidate must be in recovery from substance use or mental health disorders. This position functions as a core member of the Care Coordination Team, whose interventions are focused on helping individuals in a variety of settings. This a 100% direct service position that could require availability to work irregular hours including evenings, and weekends. Valid driver’s license and auto insurance of 50,000/100,000/50,000 required.
