Benefits Acquisition Specialist

This position requires the candidate possess a Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (other commensurate experience or training may be substituted). Preferably a minimum of one (1) year experience heavily concentrated in the mental health field. Work experience with adults with severe and persistent mental illnesses or with individuals with similar human-services needs as an agency case manager desired. Additionally, experience in the mental health and/or substance abuse arena is preferred. Previous experience in discharge planning, utilization review, case management, or similar role desirable. Knowledge of the SOAR process extremely desirable and strongly preferred. This position works half of the time out of our Central Broward location and the other half of the time out of West Broward location. Valid driver’s license and auto insurance of 50,000/100,000/50,000 required.
