This position requires a minimum of a High School Degree or equivalent. The Assistant Recruiter is responsible for posting career opportunities within the agency and external career boards. This individual will also perform data entry, such as title changes, adding new hires to HRIS system, conduct and screen resumes, and distribute to hiring managers. The Assistant Recruiter must be organized, possess strong interpersonal skills and positive attitude, ability to multitask, prioritize well, have excellent verbal and written communication. Individual should have the ability to interact with all levels of personnel, adapt to changes and perform other duties as needed. Experience with social media and board postings a plus. A valid Florida driver’s license and auto liability insurance are required.
