This office support member is responsible for providing clerical, non-clinical and associated services to Youth & Family Staff under the direction of the Clinical Coordinator, providing receptionist activities including triaging calls, maintaining and coordinating the management information system. Services are provided in accordance with accepted standards of professional practice and policies and procedures of HBH while assuring that the branch location operates within the guidelines established by the Agency for Health Care Administration, CARF, and Department of Children and Families in a manner that is consistent with HBH mission, vision and values. Preferably a minimum of 1 year working in an office setting with primary focus in medical office procedures. Knowledge of general office equipment; Windows, Word, and Excel helpful and desired. High School Diploma or equivalent; with basic clerical and communication principles generally acquired through a high school education.
