Provide oversight and support to wraparound facilitators (including PPP, case management, intervention) in helping youth and families with complex needs have a better life by ensuring access to the most appropriate resources through the development of a coordinated plan that is based on the strengths, needs, culture and preferences of the child and family served. Support with daily operations and contract compliance. Assist in onboarding of wraparound facilitators and specific training functions designed to help staff reach maximum performance levels. Masters degree in human services related field preferred, bachelors degree required. Candidate must be certified as Wraparound Facilitator, preference will be given to applicants certified as a Wraparound Coach. Applicants must have experience and extensive knowledge of community providers and resources, child welfare system, and system of care in Palm Beach county.
