This position requires a Bachelors degree in a Human Services field; Masters degree preferred. Experience in the understanding of the process of mental illness and in working with persons who have been diagnosed as having psychiatric disorder. Familiarity with the various resources within the local community. Awareness of the concept of individualized service planning. Knowledge of the 65-E-15, Florida Administrative Code. Familiarity with Medicaid billing requirements for Community Mental Health and Targeted Case Management Services. Excellent interpersonal relationship, advocacy and negotiating skills. Good written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate and work with person served within the target population. Possession of a valid/clean Florida drivers license. Proof of appropriate insurance liability coverage in the amounts of 50/100/50.
